When you’re broke down on the shoulder of Interstate 70, all you want is help. I managed to limp into the parking lot of another heavy truck shop and was told it would be next day before they could even look at it, and next week before they could work on it. Neither dealer would even talk to me. I found Indy Mobil repair and was told they had someone available and gave me an ETA of 60 to 90 minutes. Zack showed up and I told him what had happened and what I had done to get off the road. Not only could he fix it, but they had a young lady from the office get the part and bring it to him. 3 1/2 hours, it was fixed, and cost half of what I had expected. Did I mention it 97 degrees that day? Miserable heat and he didn’t complain once.

After a shady company Comercial fleet services "fixed" my truck in greens fork rest area on I70 in Indiana. I broke down again less then 2 hours later in Lebanon ,IN and luckily Indy Mobile auto and truck repair showed up , properly diagnosed the problem in a very fast amount of time , unfortunately I had to sit the weekend waiting for parts but they went above and beyond to get the truck going again. They fixed the real problem then fixed the repair the previous place "fixed". Indy Mobile is in the top 5 for best places for Mobile repairs in my whole driving career. Called to get a part replaced on my truck and the mechanic did not install correctly. A month later when the truck broke down again, I had 3 different mechanics confirm the part was not installed correctly. Tried reaching out to John and management but never got called back or refunded for part after I was able to talk to John one time. Very frustrating

Brad did an excellent job finding the air leak on the tractor and had a good attitude as well. Would definitely recommend using this Indy Mobile Auto & Truck Repair!!
