INFINITI of Grand Rapids

I purchased a certified preowned QX50 in Illinois. We received a recall notice and chose to contact Infinity of Grand Rapids to have it checked out rather than driving back to Illinois. Raiden in the service department got us in within a week. Our vehicle was one of the affected, and required a new engine. Raiden called us back within a week and said they received our new engine. We brought the vehicle in on a Tuesday at noon and were given a nice new loaner. Raiden called us Thursday afternoon and told us our vehicle was ready. We picked it up Friday morning, less than 3 weeks from receiving the recall notice from infinity. That is incredible service, and it wasn’t even from the dealer we purchased the car from. Adam underwood tried telling me that you could not simply swap a VQ35DE into a Revup G35 coupe. Tried to quote me $10K+ for a new motor and labor because you supposedly just couldn’t simply swap an identical motor minus the exhaust cam sensor on the revup and it work. Well actually I did exactly that with 03 350z auto motor in my 05 G coupe 6mt. Even used the revup ECU with no tuning necessary and the harness. Total lies from them.
