Had the fortune to work with them off and on for about 7-8 months and had consistent and quick service. The boss at the front desk who handles the front of house was straight to the point and was extremely helpful every single time. Would recommend.

I received the best service for my car. The car was clean shining when I got it back and it smelled so new and fresh. I will definitely be going back.

So I took my Subaru to change the tire upper and lower rod and some other parts witch i paid like 1500 .I drove my car for like two weeks and it was getting hard to shift and making a grinding noise I took it back and told that transmisión was slipping and need to be replace for 5000 I said I don't have the money so I took it back and is been In my garage until now when I decide to flush the transmisión oil to my surprise there was nothing . I went here for a year for my Life Safer Services and they were always very professional and helpful with information

Wouldn't recommend due to customer service. I'm sure the actual mechanical work is fine (had my car worked on here a few years ago and have had no issues with the outcome). The problem lies with the receptionist/business manager. She works as the go-between from the mechanics to the customer which, unfortunately, is a very poor business model for them. Actually getting her on the phone is a struggle enough but once you do you're met with extremely unclear communication. During the diagnosis process I was given one opinion and then upon pick-up (when the issue still persisted), I was given a completely different opinion. Very frustrating as one typically brings a car to the mechanic for a clear diagnosis and repair plan - you likely won't get either here.
