This is an awesome locally owned and operated garage that cares so much for their customers. They try to help out to make things more affordable, and are always friendly and respectful. I really appreciate the lounge area with cozy couches and mellow classic rock playing. And I really appreciate the little cafe they have with a wonderful variety of coffees and flavors. Integrated Auto has a loyal customer in me, and I highly recommend them for your vehicle needs. They're wonderful.

Been using Integrated for a little over a year now for my vehicle maintenance. So far they have been very helpful and always communicate issues they have found. They go the extra step to ensure your vehicle is safe AND clean. It impressed me that they actually vacuum out the vehicle before returning it. The prices are commensurate with the level of service and parts used. I recommend them whenever anyone asks where to take their vehicle for repairs.

Excellent customer service from everyone! I had 2 flat tires and a bent rim from hitting a pothole. This is the only place local that fixes rims. I talked to Christy at the front desk several times for status updates during the repair. She was friendly and helpful! When I came to pick up the tire and rim, the owner John (he is the new owner as of a few months ago) took the time to introduce himself and help get me on my way. I'm so impressed with the service... and that means a lot these days! I highly recommend this place!

ZERO STARS! TERRIBLE!! Had our Audi for 3 weeks! Didn't do anything! We had to call for updates! They pick and choose which vehicles they will work on but, just want diagnostic fees and they charged us 2 separately ones! They told us what they thought the problem was as we told them the same thing from our research just to tell us to take to Raleigh dealership! We fixed the very small problem ourselves for under $20!!! DO NOT TRUST THESE WONDERFUL REVIEWS LISTED! THEY ARE LAZY AND LIARS!
