Fast honest reasonable &great service! The waiting area is super nice and clean and cozy with chargers for your phone and complimentary snacks and drinks They even ubered me home and back to pick up my car. I have used them twice now and both times my service was done before the end of the day so I was able to pick up my car before close 🙌 all on my day off. I shopped around as well and they had the best price! Highly recommend

Ashley was amazing! I went elsewhere and had the worst experience you could think of just to end up paying for an inspection twice, waiting about 4 hours in total and still not resolving any issues. Well, I informed Ashley of this and she made it her duty to make sure I had a 5 star experience that was nothing like the last place I went to. I came in to get an inspection and not only received the service but exceeded my expectations with flying colors. It also came with complimentary drinks, and a beautiful, clean sitting area to go with the wonderful experience while I briefly waited, all for free! Ive worked in the area for 18 years and used almost every shop in the area. I had them do a transmission fluid/filter change, rear brakes, coolant and brake fluid. All done in the same day for a great price. I would definitely recommend friends and family to use this shop in the area. Ashley was great to deal with and the mechanic working on my truck was very knowledgeable. Glad to have a good shop in the area. Thanks again.

Just can’t say enough about Ashley the GM. She really is a very caring and very dedicated to getting all issues with your car taken care, immediately. I have already referred a friend to bring his car to the grapevine location. She deserves 10 stars not 5. Isaiah is an awesome mechanic, trusted and reliable person to get your issues taken care of, even if it’s after closing time he spent 2-3 hours past his work hours to fix my car so I could go to work the next morning. Do yourself a favor go to Integrity in grapevine, you’ll get more than what you pay for period!!!!

I had read the reviews and was also recommended to have Integrity + replace a couple of headlights and was looking forward to seeing this Ashley person I had read so much about in action--such raving reviews! It's true, people! She was a joy to work with and I even told her that her boss should refer to her now as Saint Ashley--totally tongue in cheek, but she fixed my keyfob all on her own and acted like it was no biggie. Her communication was thorough and on-time. I have no problem recommending them to others as well as planning to use them for my future needs (hopefully not soon). :)
