Between a long commute to work (100+ miles) every day, and long trips to wrestling tournaments every weekend- the car gets a lot of miles put on it, requiring frequent maintenance! I got a recommendation from the friend of a friend for Integrity Auto. Absolutely no time to drop it off. They actually arranged to come and get my car- as a manual transmission, often that's not possible. Incredible benefit as I'm in the office all day, unable to get away. They did the brakes, rotors and took care of some front-end issues that could have easily stranded me on the side of the road at any time. Incredible service at a very reasonable price. Took my car in because it was hard to start. The sensors my husband installed the car didn't like. They called us with an estimate and ordered parts right away. Parts came in and car was done 1 day early. Super nice people and communicated well through the whole process. Definitely recommend!

Great Customer service! Treated like Family! Got me right in. Even before a big holiday! Kept me informed on what needed to be done to my car and the price. Even sent an invoice straight to my phone before I even picked up my car to know what is suggested to be done and what all was done. Very kind and detailed! This place is wonderful! The kind, personable and welcoming staff were all very helpful throughout my visit. They each provided excellent service and the way in which they worked together was a testament to the positive environment in which they operate. The relaxing space they have created for their waiting customers, service desk, parts area and office spaces are clean and well thought out. The entire atmosphere was a breath of fresh air.
