Bob at Integrity Automall is awesome. We bought a 2012 Chevy Sonic from him back on October 25. On October 27th it broke down on us. Called him the next day and he said bring it back and they’d look at it. I got back to him that following Friday and he said that because we bought it as is we’d have to pay labor and parts for what was wrong I said ok and left it with him. Called him the following week and found out it was the oil cooler that they have that can be problematic. He got ahold of me this past Friday told me the car was ready and when I asked what I owed, he told me he wasn’t going to charge me. Which totally struck me as amazing because I did buy the car ‘As Is’. I recommend if you’re looking for a car that won’t break the bank, go to Integrity Automall in Tiffin. Bring treats

Saw a vehicle on their website and called to inquire. Was told “come on over and test drive it.” I drove 40 miles and the gentleman who told me to come test drive it now tells me that it’s not drivable in the current condition because it needs a brake part. This person further explained to whoever I talk to on the phone didn’t know what they were talking about (spoiler alert it was him that I talked to. He thinks I’m stupid). That was on a Thursday, I was told that the car would be ready the following Monday. We agreed to a price and that I would come on that Monday to purchase the vehicle. He didn’t need to add this to his text but he said do not call and talk to the salesman because he does not know what’s going on. That is a direct quote. He knowingly has an idiot working for him. I bought a 2016 Ford Escape here last week and it’s been phenomenal! I drive long distance a lot and this vehicle has been a treat on the highways! I also love their dog Paris! She’s so sweet and adorable!
