This dealership has the best people that I’ve ever bought a vehicle from. My salesman was Tracy Brown. He went above and beyond to help me. He was very friendly and I got to know him thru our talks about his family and pets as well as the international truck that I bought. I got a great deal on it. He was willing to find out anything I had questions about. Got me lined up with a great bank to finance my truck thru. Being a woman in a man’s field I was worried I would be taken advantage of but I felt very pleased with how Tracy helped me get the best truck for what I needed in my hauling. I will definitely recommend the Used Truck Center to anyone looking for a newer truck. There was no pressuring me into buying and I really liked that.
I purchased a truck from here during Christmas break. I can not say enough good things about everyone there. Tracy was great. Any little issues I had they made them right. It was a very pleasant purchase and I'm very happy with my truck. Took a while to get my APU running right but it was fixed and they stood by it. Would not hesitate to buy another truck from here.
I had a wonderful experience good quality used International trucks,Eddie and Tracy were very helpful,they both took time on a Saturday to meet with me,I travel 4 hours away it really was worth it,thanks you guys for being patient and understanding.
i bought a box truck 11 months ago with this company and with warranty. I have almost 6 months with my truck in the shop waiting and waiting for a new “part” that had to be made. They absolutely have not been helpful and delay the time that I’m supposed to get my truck back EVERY TIME. What is this unprofessionalism ????? I need my truck back. They don’t give me an actual answer and i’m tired of dealing with this.
