Interstate All Battery Center

Took an ATV battery in, under warranty, late last year that would not hold a charge despite not being hooked up to any machine. I was concerned it was a bad battery, but the tech said "I was able to charge it, so it is probably fine." A few months later, and after being stored inside all winter, it is again so low I can't use my own charger (again without ever being used or hooked up to anything). This time the same tech says "oh, I guess it was bad, but unfortunately it isn't under warranty any longer." My advice is to buy from a store with more knowledgeable employees, otherwise what they did was intentional to avoid a warranty replacement.

Today I went in to have Interstate Battery check my battery because the car was having a hard time starting. The battery is one of the reasons why that can happen. Mark and his team were amazing. I cannot say enough good about him and his colleagues as they were extremely helpful and trying to pin down the reason why I was having a hard time with the starter. We ultimately determined it was not the battery and even then they did everything they could to help. The car was taken to another mechanic that was recommended and I was provided a ride back to work by Mark. They n't they went out of their way to be outstanding and customer service and Care. I will take all of our business to this company in regard to batteries from this point forward. It is GREAT to see customer service at its best.

Bought their top of the line battery for my old Xterra that held up strong for about 5 years. In that time the vehicle was used from southern Texas to North Dakota. From 130 to -60 without any battery issues. After that vehicle sat around for the last year the battery was shot. Picked up a new battery and the old Xterra is back to life. The man at the store was very helpful and offered to grab the old battery so I wouldn't have to carry it. Great batteries and service. Thanks guys
