EXTREMELY RUDE, BUT EVEN MORE INCOMPETENT! STAY AWAY! We send a truck witch was shaking to this shop since we saw they had good reviews. The mechanic went under the truck and in less then 2 minutes diagnosed that there is a free play at the rear of the transmission and that is causing the shaking/ most of the I-shift have it/. He refused to check the rest of the suspension for any other problems since He is the best mechanic with 20yrs of experience!! We were told that we will need to pay for one more hour of labor so he can check other components! The staff became really rude with our driver telling her she needs to leave immediately.. We send them $135 money code/ they do not accept credit card/ and went to a real mechanic who found the problem. The real problem was broken brake drum on

I am writing to formally report damage that occurred to my vehicle during service at your facility. After having the radiator replaced at your location, I was instructed to drive a few miles and return. Shortly afterward, I discovered that the transmission radiator/cooler had been damaged. This damage was not disclosed to me prior to leaving your shop. This damage appears to have occurred during the repair process and was not properly communicated. As a result, I was exposed to potential mechanical failure, safety risks, and additional financial loss. Bad service don’t fix your truck at this shop

Although we were unable to make proper repairs due to them not being a windshield installer, they got me back on the road with a safe reliable fix that will last me until I get to a windshield facility.
