First time using In Town Auto Care and had an amazing experience! They have a very nice shop, and plenty of easy parking in there lot. I Recently bought a used Audi A4 and came in for an oil change which was fast, and the price was great! They even did an inspection of my car and let me know the other things I needed done which I was extremely appreciative of. l will definitely be returning for more work to get done and this will now be my go to for oil changes. I brought my vw to in town auto because I've had issues in the past with mechanics not fixing my car properly. I have to say that the techs here are incredibly knowledgeable and really know what they're doing. I wasn't able to pick my car up before they closed on a Friday but after reaching out, the owner actually met me on a Sunday afternoon while they were closed so I could pick it up. They had my car for a week and quite a bit of work was needed which ended up costing a little more than I was expecting. Before any work was done, Andrew walked me through the extensive diagnosis that was performed, explaining things in a way that was understandable. Ok, let me put it this way. I normally don’t trust and shops around to touch my car. I’m the only person who puts hands on it. Unfortunately I had a situation because of the weather “snow” so I have no chance to check it out. A friend of mine recommended me this place, so I gave it a shot. I would give them 10stars if possible. Andrew took care of me also really responsive too! Breana also a great person, give them a chance you won’t regret it.

Avoid this place! Total scam and disrespectful service. I came in with a 2015 Passat specifically for engine and turbo diagnostics (oil consumption and noise issues). I even provided a written list of technical checks I needed (Timing Chain, PCV, etc.). The Result: They completely ignored my request and instead did a basic visual inspection of the suspension. For this "walk-around," they charged me $238.84! They then handed me a ridiculous estimate for $7,934.46 for suspension work—more than the car is even worth. Communication was terrible: I told them I had a flight to catch and asked for a call when finished. No one called. I had to show up myself to find my car just sitting there.
