Had a great experience with Moorestown Auto Body during a recent repair. Someone backed into my car and did pretty significant damage. The team helped me navigate the claim process with my insurance company and were extremely helpful and communicative from our first conversation. They did a beautiful job on the repair and had my car back to me sooner than expected. Very appreciative of their work and how easy they made the whole process.

They never bothered to call back with a quote despite an in-person visit and three calls to them. Not a good way to do business.

Needed some minor body work on my Porsche. I also had them detail the car. They did a fantastic job and I’m extremely impressed with their services. Taking my wife’s car to get detailed next week.

I called about rattling in the front end, brakes, transmission. Had the brakes repaired and no one there, from the front desk to mechanic, mentioned any other issues. Less than a week later the clutch blows out. I call back, they tell me they did notice the clutch slipping and that I never called about the transmission. He informed me he was “being nice” and I was “lucky” that he even remembered to tell me to be gentle on the breaks since they had just been replaced. The “mechanic/manager”, if he truly even qualifies as either idk, told me that they are very busy, don’t always remembered to write stuff down or tell people, but this “isn’t neglectful”. There are a lot of good mechanics in the area just not at Moorestown Auto body! Please don’t make the mistake I did and go somewhere else.

They did a great job fixing and repainting some damage on my Ram truck. The paint matches perfectly.
