Royalty Tire & Auto Repair

Walked in looking for a quote/estimate on 3 different services. Expecting to have to return at a later date, they were extremely accommodating in getting my car into the garage while I was there. Upon inspection of one of my cars issues, it came to be that I needed to have that service taken care of ASAP. They were willing and able to fit me right in and get this major problem resolved same day. On top of the great service, they were cheaper than my quote from Mavis for the same repair. I will continue to give Royalty Tires my business.

I was fully expecting to need a new tire and to be there much longer, but they quickly found the problem and got me in and out. Quick, friendly, and accommodating! During a week of chaos, they were the one place that went completely smoothly and made my day easier. I’ll definitely be back and referring them!

I had one of those moments where you’re completely stuck — literally. My car was trapped in a massive pile of ice, and no amount of forward/reverse was getting me out. I walked across the street to Royalty Tire & Auto Repair hoping for any help, and what I got was genuine kindness. One of the guys working there (I unfortunately didn’t catch his name) immediately handed me a shovel and gloves. A minute later, I looked up and saw he had grabbed his own shovel and came outside to physically help me dig out. He worked alongside me, breaking up ice, clearing snow, and then guided me step-by-step so I could safely get free. When I offered him money as a thank-you, he refused — no hesitation. Fantastic service, fair prices, great follow through on commitments! I had an issue with my car, which wasn't easy to diagnose. Dealer was booked out so I stopped in here. They were able to spare a few minutes for a test drive. I made an appointment the following Monday to address the findings, and they did a fantastic job! They'll be my primary mechanic going forward.
