Iron Buffalo Diesel Dyno & Emissions

This business had me sitting and waiting for 2 and a 1/2 hours. Just to tell me that they could not run, my box truck on their machine because of my drive shaft bearing, they were waiting for a supervisor for all the time I was sitting there, just to tell me that they could not run it on the machine. Then they took my 135 dollars and didn't do anything to my vehicle. They stated I could retest for free as long as I let them do the repairs. I'm so upset so disappointed. The estimate was insane!!! I don't recommend this company. They just want to gouge you for any dollar dime or penny that you have.

Owner-operators, BE-WARE!!!! Took my truck in after it had an exhaust leak and had steam/smoke coming from the exhaust area. I checked the codes myself and it was showing that I needed to replace the Nox-sensor. No big deal, so I thought. Service advisor "G" was awesome, very nice and professional. I paid a $200 fee for them to diagnose the issue for themselves, even though I told them exactly what was wrong. After dropping the truck off Thur at around 10 A.M. , I waited, Thur, Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon......! Finally Monday I CALLED THEM, and was told it was going to be around $4000.00 to replace 2 sensors.............!!! I looked at the 5 min you-tube video where it literally consists of 2 screws and a 10 Mm wrench to remove and replace each sensor. I am not claiming to be a mechanic but I wa

only issue I had was not JE-COs fault. Bad lightning storms the day I paid my bill. their emissions test tech was excellent and very thorough going on my older equipment. this is a very busy shop and well worth using. big or small no matter. good people with good technology and skills.

They may do right by other people. But not me. Went for a check and advise and had a part I wanted installed as well. Well they left my temp unplugged and 2 screw drivers under hood.. It was a 1k part and they quoted 2300 for a 1 or 2 hour job. I will say they are extremely nice here and do care and they do fix and diagnose many trucks. My truck has ran better with new suggested part. They did not get the 1300 for the 1 hour install 1 hour regen. I didn't like feeling like a fish they tried to reel in. They did find a oil leak I didn't know about so I'm just taking off 1 star for unrealistic quote.

They were honest, they were fast they were on time, and they had a fair price. Stayed in constant communication every step of the way. Looking forward to doing business with them for many years to come.
