I would give Ison Automotive Repair 10/5 stars for their professionalism and honesty. My truck was finished promptly and for less money than I was originally quoted. I had taken it to a different shop and they tried to sell me parts that I didn't need. These guys are honest and didn't try to scam me. I saved over $500 by coming here. 💲💲💲

Absolutely terrible human here. I called to have a couple basic services done on my truck and was told "I can get it in next Thursday but it's going to take me a couple of days." I said that was fine and brought it in at opening the day of my scheduled appointment of Thursday. We unfortunately didn't get it back in time to fulfill our plans for the weekend so cancelled those, it is what it is. I called Monday at noon to check the status and was met with being told "yeah, it's on the schedule for today." Confused, I asked why I was asked to bring it on Thursday if it wasn't even going to be touched until Monday. He was extremely rude and disrespectful, treated me like I was an idiot saying "I explained that I wasn't going to start on it until Monday." So I explained that if that were the ca

Had my truck towed in that morning for a new wheel bearing replacement. Within in 4 hrs truck was ready to go.

Took my business van in for a NEW MOTOR. Never done anything like this in my life before. Was worried about all the things that could go wrong. The only thing that went wrong was me worrying about those things. I’ve been driving it for less than a week now and my van purrs like a kitten and all the things I worried about work like the day I purchased the van in 05. Ken Ison is a skilled, affable and honest mechanic. He fixed my vehicle in a super timely and complete manner and charged me a fair price. This was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. He is a gem of a man.
