Best experience with windshield replacement EVER! Ethan W. (the technician) gave me plenty of notice about his ETA, showed up when expected, was super friendly, AND taught me a little about the windshield. He also informed me that a previous replacement company had cut the wires to my heated windshield (without any notice or ask for permission!! 😡) and showed me the parts. He even gave me a body shop recommendation for some other work my car needs. The whole process with Mountain Mobile was smooth, everyone was friendly, and they gave me a gift card which was awesome. I’d definitely recommend!
