Onsite RV Repair

Scheduled several days prior to come out to fix the water heater not coming on and a water leak. He fixed the water leak but said "I don't know" when asked about the water heater. Waisted several days of my son's time, who works nights, not having hot water. Never checked fuses or did any troubleshooting to see if the water heater worked. He knew this was the reason we called him out. He should have let us know he did not know anything on water heaters in RV so we could have gone to another repair service. Very disappointed.

We are so THANKFUL, we had a plumbing issue on 4th of July and he came out in a jiffy. Immediately began problem solving and then educated us and let us know what the repair options were. We cannot express how grateful we are and will absolutely seek his services in the future whenever anything comes up.

We were thrilled with the service. Within one hour he fixed all of our issues. And the fee was very reasonable. Highly recommend.

Called about a propane leak. Came out the next morning. I loved that he showed up on time. Quickly found the leak & fixed it. Honest & reasonable.
