Dropped in at this shop for an emissions test. The service tech was friendly. The test was done quickly. I chose to renew my license online at home so, I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.

I brought my Ram in for 120k mile maintenance — a large job that took a couple of days. During the process, an unexpected issue came up and the cause wasn’t immediately clear. They kept me informed the entire time, assured me it would be handled at no cost, and even provided a rental vehicle. A few days later, my truck was running better than it did when I dropped it off. How a business responds when things don’t go as planned says a lot. There are decades of experience at It’s All Good Auto, and while mistakes are rare, they handle them professionally and with great customer service. Highly recommend.
