Tires Plus

Been going here for years, brought my vehicles and my Company Vehicles here but I am done. I brought my Jeep Liberty in to get all new Rims and tires put on it. I brought them the rims, tires and the lug nuts that came with it. The I am now replacing the Suspension to find out that they Cross threaded every single one of the new lug nuts. If they were wrong or didn’t fit, you should have told me, I would have bought new ones. Now taking off my tires O have 2 broken lugs and they are quoting me over 400.00 to replace them. Never again. This is a problem you all caused. I’m a very patient and understanding person and even left my jeep with you for as long as you needed it. And here we are.

I had some service done here in the last 2 weeks: wheel alignment, a diagnostic, mass airflow sensor replacement, and fuel intake cleaning. I couldn't be happier with the work and the service. Cory was super helpful and very friendly!

We had a special situation and they completely accommodated us. From an early morning phone call, adjusting to get us in, to making the payment! Great service, communication, and the tires they helped me choose worked great for the snow and ice we had to go travel in! Thank You Tires Plus Team!

This location is the best! I have been here a few times for different reasons and have nothing but good things to say. Samantha at the front desk is personable and very knowledgeable. Prices are best in town. I would also add Cory and Jonathan to why I like this place so much. Go for tires or repairs. You will not be disappointed !

Corey and the entire staff at Tires Plus were SO exceptional. I am not a person who looks forward to getting my oil changed and tires rotated. I needed to find a place I could trust to look out for my best interest. Enter Tires Plus in Franklin, WI and Corey, in particular. He made me feel comfortable and completely at ease. No pressure sales. Turnaround time was great. I made an appointment beforehand and I would think that is your best course of action, in my opinion.
