S&S Auto - Franklin

I took our cars to S&S last summer to fix the AC, so I went to them to diagnose a driving issue we had after the engine light came on. It turned out to be a failing transmission. They gave us a couple of options. After deciding they proceeded to do the work. Couldn’t be more satisfied with the outcome. Our vehicle now drives great. Excellent service and knowledgeable technicians. Honest and very fair. They do it right. I would recommend them to anyone who needs auto work done.

The guys at S&S are the best. Even after the warranty ran out they still took excellent care of me, Without charging an arm and a leg. You guys rock and highly recommend.

Steve was the young gentleman who helped me out with my emissions test. Very kind, very professional, and the test was super quick, maybe 5 minutes. Awesome job!

We've done major repairs, minor repairs and normal car maintenance with them and we'll be lifetime customers. We ended up purchasing our last vehicle from Steve because we know he'll stand behind it. They are honest, kind, compassionate and will work with you to solve any issue within your budget. With our truck, he was really honest about what was worth fixing and what wasn't. With my van, he's always treated me no different than he does my husband, which isn't typical with car dealers/shops and women. I'm glad a friend recommended them. When we needed a third vehicle, we knew he'd be our first stop. You just don't find places like this anymore.
