DO NOT GO HERE! As a repeat customer, I am disappointed with the customer service applied at this location, specifically from the owner/manager. I showed up here to get an alignment last Thursday. I needed a part. No problem. I was told tomorrow. Tomorrow came, they didn’t have my part. Now today, Monday, I called ahead of time to make sure the parts are there. Confirmed they were there. When I showed up, the parts that were “confirmed” are incorrect. No one checked the parts. When I ask what a realistic timeline is to get it done, I don’t get an answer. When I offer to go somewhere else to get it done, I’m told yea do that. The owner/manager did not even try and rectify the situation besides asking me if I just want him to send the parts back and pushing me off another day. Not even conce

Bought a tire from Facebook Marketplace and happened to be nearby. Great timing as they had just got done with servicing another vehicle and got straight to mounting and balancing mine. They got the job done in a timely manner and charged me a reasonable price. I’m thankful I just happened to come across this place and the friendly encounter made it even better.

I've used Ivey's services since I moved to S.C. 4 years ago. As an older woman it can be difficult to find service company's that don't try to take advantage/price gouge me anytime I need repairs. I have never had even a hint of that with Ivey. My experience has always been positive. They do a great job of explaining both the problem and what their solution is. They are very responsive to any questions or follow-up calls. I highly recommend them.

HORRIBLE, I took my grandsons 82 chevy c10 in for alignment and replace tie rods. After 2 weeks the truck started pulling to the right. When we looked at it the bolts were never tighten down. The shims were laying on the frame ? It kept getting worse. We had to readjust the tie rods to pull the tires in. We had to tighten everything down. This morning we had to rotate the new tires because the inside were wearing thin. When I was taking off the front tires, the lugs were never tightened down properly. And they had an attitude. I'LL NEVER GO BACK. BE AWARE PEOPLE

Lowest cost alignment I know of and they work with me on multiple vehicles that I self rebuilt my own suspension.
