Excellent service. The guys here really know what they’re doing. Most of the parts are available the same day. Their drivers are literally in and out. They also deliver for free which is super nice seeing how busy they can get. It’s a family business and theyre very knowledgeable when it comes to auto parts. I went to autozone and the staff didn’t know what my mechanic was asking for and once they spoke with their manager, he said he couldn’t get it for another 2 days. I came to J&A and had my part an hour later. I’ll be back.

Its a family business Best auto parts prices I've found in the bronx. The whole staff is cool and they deliver pretty much any where for free. I've been coming here since 2000. Depending on which warehouse the part is coming from you can expect to wait of up to 2 hours for it to arrive.

10 stars- the best of the best, can tell what your part is even though it is covered in years of dirt & got crushed & dragged a bit... Or just look up your year/make/model. Probably have what you need in stock or can get it quick + the best customer service from real people. I used to go to AutoZone before i came here, & i will never go back- 1st: you can get someone on the phone, 2nd: the person you get on the phone actually likes cars/auto parts & wants to help you, 3rd: they will get you the part you need. I do most of my own work on my vehicles but guess what... Your mechanic probably buys his parts from these guys- you should too
