A friend bought a vehicle at JA Auto in Mayfield, KY last month, JA assured them there were no mechanical problems and vehicle performed well during test drive. Within two weeks the vehicle began to occasionally stall out while driving it but would restart. These stalls increased in frequency until the vehicle will no longer run at all. Now three weeks after purchase, two repair shops have said the vehicle would not be worth the cost to repair it.

January 2024 I put $2,500 down on a Hyundai Tucson. Made EVERY payment on time. Regular oil changes, insurance & etc.. Started having issues out of it after only a couple months. By August 2024 the engine was gone. They would not fix it. I asked to trade it in and was told no. After making a Facebook post about how they are and how wrong they do people, they called me and told me I could come back and get a car with no down payment. So I left with a ford explorer. The VERY NEXT DAY the vehicle was doing the EXACT thing the Hyundai was doing. After a few days it was driving normal. But not even a few weeks later it was messed up again SMH. They took it to their mechanic who said there was nothing wrong, when the car was doing ridiculous stuff and I couldn’t even drive it at all. I wouldn’t

Got a dodge journey from here and as soon as I left the lot the check engine light came on I got it checked out and it had problems from the start it eventually stopped working all together I called them and told them I’m not sure if they put somthing on it to make sure no lights come on while I test drive it and she said no and offered me to look at it and to possibly trade it in I also had a friend get a vehicle from them as well and his vehicle stopped working two months later don’t go here they will rip you off

while waiting for my title in the mail ( 3 months later ) came to find out they sold me a stolen car -10 out of 10 never go back n i do not recommend them n they wont fix anything that if something breaks
