John came highly recommended from a close friend and with good cause. I took my older Subaru Forrester there because of the check engine light came on. He was able to fix the issue by replacing spark plugs, adjusting existing coils and cleaning up. Great customer service and advice on maintenance. I took my car in to get my rear end wheel bearings replaced, and they were able to get me in and accommodate me exceptionally quick at a very reasonable price.

Have used John's services 3 times this year (2024) all experiences and encounters have been no nonsense and outstanding. John takes care of business and charges fairly. Most recently, he quoted us $1700 for a repair with a part only available from Ford, but advised us the option to go get it done elsewhere in town for much cheaper. We did end up doing that and it only cost us $250. John saved us a lot of money, and wouldn't take payment for looking at the vehicle for us. What else can you ask for in a mechanic?

Had my AC Clutch make a strange noise on my 08’ Impala. Had one mechanic try to convince me it was my Transmission (there was no noise when driving and it was only at startup. Immediately disappeared when the car idled after startup) before going to John for a second opinion. John is the bees knees. Go see the man. Replaced the AC Compressor for a solid, SOLID price. Also had an O2 sensor light come on, John was willing to provide a root cause analysis for free. Go see the man. Update: Car makes zero noise at startup, blows cold AC. Go see the man. You won’t regret it. Man loves what he does.
