Use this place, very honest and reasonable. My tow truck guy Keith went out of his way to get me to a car rental place and the garage team did a great job repairing my Acadia. I honestly ran out of gas and thought my fuel pump went. Dumb move on my part. They checked it Out and put gas in it !! Could of told me anything.. super honest

USE THIS PLACE ... Best Tow Experience AAA+. Keith was focused on our safety and comfort first helping my children and I out of our FRIGID car to his warm, roomy truck. He had to block traffic on a major road to load our vehicle. He took 2 minutes to let the traffic backed up behind us through the road. It gave me the opportunity to show my sons what a community minded person does to help others. We bottlenecked the road, he took a minute to make it right. Which actually allowed the person coming to fetch my children from our dilemma, and finish driving them to school get to us. He drove me and my car safety back to our local mechanic. He put my car in a tiny spot with expert driving skills and helped me home a 1/2 mile away. I have never had such a decent and comfortable towing experience

So so please with this towing company. My son’s car just STOPPED, completely undrivable in a busy intersection during rush hour. They got him out of a dangerous situation really fast and were SO NICE. Highly recommend!!

Keith was a wonderful friendly gentleman and his towing experience was on point and delivered my vehicle safe back to my place and was excellent.

Jeff and Steven were amazing!! Jeff responded to my road side assistance call within 20 min to jump start my car and then offered to replace the battery once I bought a new one. Not to mention, Jeff gave me some useful advice about the importance of replacing my car battery on time. This company is very reliable and responsive, do not hesitate to call J&J with your towing or roadside needs, especially if you are located in the Waterford area. Highly recommend!!
