I bought a 2013 Mitsubishi Outlander March 2025. Within 2 weeks it broke down. Thankfully I only spoke in text so I have every conversation. I told them it was the transmission. Rpms reving, service engine light and when stepping on the gas from a stop it hesitated also had a squealing belt. They took it for 3 days, said it was NOT the transmission but "just the reconfiguration and was running great". April 1 got the car back. April 3 service engine light and same exact problems. April 5 they picked it up. April 7 "replaced transmission filters' again I asked if it was the transmission "we checked the transmission ". April 10 "YES ITS THE TRANSMISSION We need to open it up-ready in 3 days". April 19 gave me a junkbox car that had a cracked windshield from side to side in my line of sight.

Got my car back after a second time with now a dent that wasn’t there prior to them getting it to fix. Absolutely horrible experience! Trying to get your car fix after you purchase it, just go somewhere else.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND COMPLETE LIARS. Went there 6 times maybe more( not exaggerating) to fix an engine light issue. Never told me what they tried to fix either time, and each time the issue continued. In the end the issue NEVER got fixed. Fighting with them for over 2 1/2months and finally said they would put an OEm nissan catalytic coverter....never did. Put an an after market part, and 4 months later..same issue. I would recommend going somewhere else..anywhere else honesty. Worst place ever. Never felt like I got screwed this much.

Absolutely horrific service. The absolute worst place to purchase a car from or try to get anything wrong with your car fix and it's timely and inexpensive manner. They are the worst company I have ever had to deal with and witness one of my best friends deal with. If you are shopping for a dealership, please continue and pass them by, thank me later.
