David was so helpful in the repair process of my vehicle along with Niko and everyone else who staffed the front desk and shop. Body work was amazing and condition of the vehicle was in pristine condition. David and the family are very honest, trustworthy and they keep their word. I recommend J and R to everyone who needs repair work, body work or other services done with their vehicle!

J&R is the place for auto service and repairs. I have been with them for over 14 or 15 years. Last week the service department at MB told me the rear spring coils on my GLE350 were damaged and I needed to replace them. I brought my car to J&R. Jose and Nico performed a full and thorough inspection on my vehicle and found no signs of damage to the rear springs. MB was obviously trying to scam me out of money for unnecessary service. I just saved a bundle by switching to J&R. Will bring my car to them from now on in place of MB. David, Nicole, and Jose are the creme of the crop. I highly recommend them.

J&R Auto World is a very reputable auto repair shop and they also do body work for companies like Geico. I've been going to the shop since I moved to New York City. The 2 owners are super 👍 David that handles the front office and calls and sets appointments is an awesome guy. A great place to take your car when it needs service or anything else they treat you like family there and they are very professional

I have dealt with Nico and David for over 12 years, and they're the best. They're even better than the dealer does when it comes to exterior detailing. I have dealt with them also with car accidents that wasn't my fault such as hit while parked (2x), tree fell on car, rear ended, along with someone someone reversing into my car head on. They fixed and sprayed everyone of my vehicles to look and feel like nothing ever happened. 100% recommend.
