J Will’s Mobile Detail

Called looking for interior detailing on a Sunday and he came out quick, did an amazing job, was very nice and professional. He helped us out tremendously and will definitely be using him again in the future for our other vehicles!!

Paid for full interior detail with supposed carpet shampoo. My husband booked this appointment and I’m so disappointed. He showed up with a leaf blower to “vacuum” the car. There’s still dirt/debris around door jambs. Gas cap wasn’t done. Windows and vents are dirty. There’s still dirt in the seat cracks. I pointed these things out to him and he said pet hair removal was extra, he wiped a little with a brush and then just left. How are you cleaning the carpet if you’re not removing dirt/hair?!? Absolute waste of $220!

Had an absolutely terrible experience. 1. He showed up hours late. 2. We discussed what I wanted over the phone and text and his results were terrible. For a $150 exterior detail, he neglected to clean my wheels or get the rain spots out of my paint as promised. He also didn't clean the engine bay or provide several of the other services he promised. He did such a bad job that he was literally cleaning obvious spots in front of me when we were walking around the car together. 3. He promised to come back and clean the car the next day and didn't show up. At this point, I told him I just wanted a partial refund ( don't want him near by car) and he ghosted me. 4. I'm heading to small claims to recoup my money. I'd suggest trying someone else.

Mr. J Will did great on my Lexus! I would recommend to everyone and not use the other detailers that charge $600. Mr. J Will is reasonable with his prices!
