I am no longer interested in working with this dealership. This has been a terrible experience—your service department and scheduling process are a complete joke. I will never bring my car here again. I scheduled an appointment to address a rattling sunroof on my brand-new car with only 6,000 miles, along with a recall service. First it needed to be ‘looked at’ fine, makes sense. But conveniently didn’t have the required part, of a known on going recall issue and despite being told the sunroof was fixed, it clearly was not. When I tried to reschedule, I was told the next available appointment was three weeks out because your “sunroof guy” is only available on Thursdays.
