Jack Madden Ford Service Center

First time at Jack Madden Ford for service. It was for a recall and I was very impressed with the staff. All three I dealt with were courteous, friendly, and professional: The man who welcomed me (didn’t get his name), Debbie the woman who did the paperwork and contacted me about the progress and upon completion, and the service manager who made sure that a specific technician did the recall since he was a “Michelangelo” with the required work. Happy with my visit.

Bought a gold pre owned certified 2020 Ford ranger and after a week or two of owning and driving it I notice it has 2 issues the tailgate doesn’t lock or unlock with key fob and there’s a noise coming out of the vents. I call they say they’ll take care of it they have my car for 2 days tell me they ordered parts and give it back. They call me about a week later saying they have the parts and they schedule me for a Monday. Monday goes bye and they don’t do anything to it. Tuesday comes I call to see where it is and if they started working on it they basically tell me they don’t know and they’ll call me back. No call back. Wednesday comes and I call again, sit on hold for a while and end up leaving a voicemail and a bad review which immediately caused a jump to action later that day in which

Our vehicle, now over 50,000 miles, has required everything from routine new tires to tricky warranty work and interior repairs. While service issues can be complex, Isabella's handling of every situation is outstanding. She is incredibly professional, thorough, and always available within minutes when we call. If something isn't right, she takes it back and ensures it's corrected. As a single mother, the pickup and drop-off service she coordinates has been a huge help. The WORST services EVER!! My Vehicle was there for over SIX HOURS. I came in for a RECALL, etc. That they Initially informed me about..They DID NOT SERVICE my vehicle at all. It SAT on the LOT UNTOUCHED for HOURS until CLOSING. DEBBIE & the other guys in SERVICE gave some LAME EXCUSES after keeping it there Practically all day. That it was TOO BUSY, the parts weren’t available etc..They NEVER called to inform me of anything that was going on. I had to call myself. When I called, DEBBIE acted like she had NO CLUE my car was still on the lot and HAD NOT BEEN SERVICED yet. DEBBIE had a very NASTY attitude once I arrived. Was Extremely DEFENSIVE, RUDE, Argumentative, & Disrespectful. Until, she noticed other people watching. She then tried to FAKE to change her VERY HARSH, UNPROFESSIONAL NAST

I had a great experience with the service department at Jack Madden Ford. They made everything so easy with their pickup and delivery service. They picked up my Bronco right from my home, completed all the recall work and then dropped it back off once everything was done. Doesn’t get easier than that. I have had numerous bad experiences with other service centers it’s refreshing to have a seamless and easy process.
