We showed up right as they were getting ready to close on a Sunday, and they still went out of their way to help us. They went above and beyond by plugging our flat tire and even swapping out the spare for us. Super grateful for their kindness and willingness to help when they didn’t have to. Highly recommend!

The quality of work here is generally good, and the mechanics know what they are doing. The repairs themselves were done properly. However, the pricing for parts is extremely high. In my case, the same parts were priced two to three times higher than what they cost at regular auto parts stores. This was not clearly explained in advance, and there were no options offered to use customer-supplied parts or more reasonably priced alternatives. Because of the significant parts markup, the final bill was much higher than expected. If you decide to use this shop, I strongly recommend asking for a full parts price breakdown and approval before any work begins. Good work quality, but pricing transparency and fairness need serious improvement.

I stopped at this place after I got off work and noticed I had a flat tire. I googled the nearest tire shop and these guys came out. The gentleman who assisted me was super helpful and very nice. My tire was fixed quickly ! So overall, quick and friendly service. Will be coming here for any future issues with my tires!

I usually purchase my new tires at Jack Williams in Palmyra. They have good prices and offer free tire rotation, which I take advantage of. Since I try to do all my car repairs myself, I do not recommend them for other repairs. I actually go to another inspection and repair place where I know the owner. And I also had an issue with them of an unneeded repair they did a number of years ago but I do not know if that mechanic still works there. But I think their tire (related) business is good.

I went to jack williams for one flat tire. After refilling and replacing the valve for that tire they come into the waiting area and tell me i need to replace the brakes and calibers which were changed not that long ago. I now don't trust taking my car there believing i will be scammed.
