In a world quick to highlight the negative, I want to take a moment to spotlight something good. Today, I had a great experience with Jack Williams Tire & Auto in Whitehall. The flap under my car had come loose and was scraping both my driveway and my nerves. My regular mechanic was booked for the week, and as a one-man shop, he’s our go-to for everything. Remembering how Jack Williams used to handle our small repairs before COVID, I decided to give them a call. The scheduler managed to fit me in right away, and within minutes, Manny called to confirm. Not only did he take care of the issue in less than 30 minutes, but he also honored a past-customer discount rate—a gesture that really spoke volumes. Quick stop @ Jack Williams / Mavis (Whitehall , PA) for a flat tire . They close @ 6:00 pm and I showed up @ 5:05pm .. They easily could’ve asked to come back but the service Manager had great customer service as soon as I walked in the front door. He gathered my info, went out to the car to get more info, returned and said have a seat we’ll get on it ASAP , in which they did. In approximately 20 mins they removed the spare , fixed the flat & really the best thing above all putting my spare tire back into the original storage area instead of just putting it in the truck .. Thank You so much for your prompt , courteous service .. I was very impressed with my experience today (1/27/26)

Jack Williams on MacArthur is a fantastic local shop. They always work with you in what’s best for your vehicle. Carlos the manager is fantastic and treats you like family. His team is beyond efficient and they are very timely. 100% come here for any of your needs!!

Spent $40+ dollars for a plug after the smallest, thinnest nail punctured my tire. Later that day my tire pressure light came on again. When I took it to a dealer closer to where I live they said I had a huge hole with a single plug in it. The tech that originally plugged it literally ruined the tire. This resulted in a $170 bill for a new tire. I don't recommemd tire repairs at least at this location.

I just want to give a huge thank you to the team here at the Whitehall location. Whenever I walk in I always get the absolute undivided attention with all my service needs. The service I receive is always hands down 100% honest, in time and as promised. The prices for their services with products and services are always reasonable. I will forever be a loyal customer for all my vehicle needs. Not 1 but both my vehicles. Thanks to the whole team!
