TLDR: Vince said my father was going to die from cancer so his concerns about an RV repair didn’t matter. Very troubled by my family’s experience with this business. My parents had their RV here for repairs on their slide out after an accident. Since the repair and insurance took some time my parents were no longer in New Jersey as they snowbird in Florida. Since my parents weren’t home to see the repairs they had asked my uncle to go check them out and my uncle let my father know that the quality of work wasn’t great. When he called the business and spoke to Vince to see what was going on Vince immediately became defensive and started calling my uncle a scumbag. What was most shocking was the owner telling my father who has been battling cancer for 5 years that it didn’t matter anyway

The team at Jackson was outstanding. Vince and Nick were up front and honest from start to finish. Explained the process and what I could expect at every turn. They honestly made me feel like a priority and comfortable to trust them with my car. The quality of their work was impeccable! Would highly recommend them to anyone! I hope I never need another auto body repair but if I do I know where I’m going!

I have never been ripped off like this before. My fan belts were broken. They promised to tow in my Tractor Trailer for $300, but will waive the fee if they do the job. I agreed. They went ahead and ordered the $91 fan belts and padded the costs to $356. Then they ordered a $160 Belt Tensioner, and padded the price to $627.34. They added back the $300 towing that they promised to waive. Then they charged me $50 for coolant when my coolant was actually full. Then came the ridiculous labor charge. Total bill:$2,000. I was shocked. When I complained, they threatened to remove all the parts, after I have been there from 10am to 4pm. The other day I was working Instacart. Had caught bad flat tire. Had to make a couple of deliveries in the area. I wasn’t sure on the next move. On the way to last delivery I’ve encountered Jackson auto body shop. Pull over to shop, Spoke to one of the manager about the issue. Him and the mechanic was polite to help me with putting on my spare. I’ve Recommend anyone to this shop that travels like me. Jackson auto body

Great workmanship!! Update: since I was so pleased with the body repairs on my car, I sent my son’s car for body repair as well. Dame outcome… the workmanship was excellent, the price was very competitive, and even washed and detailed both cars as part of the service. Hopefully I won’t need body repairs again, but I will go back here if I do.
