Went in for a front end alignment, was told we can do it be 1.5-2 hrs got there at 10:30 am didn’t leave until after 4:30 pm they started at 11:45 it took almost 5 hrs, I finally lost it, there is absolutely no excuse for this! They have bbb stickers on the window, that’s 100% false advertisement look them up there not accredited !! Took them several times to test drive and re adjust over several hours. It’s your money and your time do what you want. I’m taking the truck to another alignment shop , for peace of mind!!

Took my car to dealership they quoted 7500 in work needed. Jacob's Automotive did the work for less than half the dealer quote. Great work honest and fair prices. I now take my car here for all oil changes and repairs

My son had transmission problems with his vehicle and Frank got right to the issue and was transparent about what needs to be done They are very honest there and fixes your vehicle in ample time If you have automobile issues go here Frank and his team are EXCELLENT
