This is my 4th time having John at ProMechanics repair my cars. One time for my son, 2 repairs for my daughter’s cars and now for our 2012 gmc terrain. All repairs have been completed successfully the first time. If you are looking for a trustworthy, experienced and professional shop, look no further. I highly recommend ProMechanics. I had to pull out terrain out of another shop due to lack of professionalism and knowledge of car repair and outrageously expensive estimate. I only brought terrain there due to convenience of location. If I could have, I would have brought it to ProMechanics the first time. Another mechanic referred me to him because he was not able to do the job. I explained a noise I had heard John sent me a video of my car showing me the noise and said, is this the noise you hear? Who does that nowadays? What a great guy, so honest! I’m almost afraid to tell everybody, we will never be able to get an appointment. I wasn’t surprised when I saw he has perfect reviews.
