Jiffy Lube Multicare

Came to the Jiffy Lube New Lenox location for the first time. The whole crew there was great to me! Each service option was clearly described and the pricing was straightforward. They treated me like they valued my business. They listened to my concerns and provided useful answers. Great place to go for oil changes and other vehicle repairs.

Great service. Employees are great. No outdoor seating though. Could use a bench or picnic table like the other location's ;) **Update** no outdoor bench yet. Used AI to show the difference how a customer would react to not having a bench 😁 Still great service though!!

As I was waiting at the stop sign right in front of Jiffy Lube, the car I was driving suddenly decided to stop working. The guys at the shop came to help me so quickly, and they fixed the problem within less than 1 hour. Great service and great people!! I couldn't thank them enough for all their help.

Great service. The workers were very efficient and polite. They didn't try to sell me additional services that were unnecessary. Price was great. I would highly recommend.

I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube. The staff was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. They showed me the filters that needed replacing and made sure i understood why. They also topped off the necessary fluids and even checked and adjusted the tire pressure. I really appreciated their transparency and attention to detail. Highly recommend.
