I want to share my recent experience with the Service Department at Hennessy Land Rover GWINNETT . Buyers, please be cautious and carefully review your estimates before approving any work. I discovered that my service advisor significantly increased the pricing on parts and labor, over $3,000 more than what it should have been. The costs were lumped together in a way that made it difficult to clearly see the breakdown, which could easily confuse a customer into approving inflated charges. Thankfully, I took the time to double-check the numbers, verify the cost of the parts by directly speaking with the parts department, verifying that the unit cost per labor hour does not fluctuate and should be one set price (currently $279.95) and questioned the estimate.
