Once again I came back and got another car and once again I’m leaving happy!! Update: Yeah I take it all back what I said! I’ve had the car 32 days and now have to spend $650 to fix an issue they should have fixed before the car was sold! But I quote “ we did a full inspection” but don’t have a report to show me what was done! They also stated “ the only things that needed to be done was a seat and two tires” I brought to they attention that the abs light and traction light was on! Took the car to menieke to get looked at! Menieke stated that it needs a couple wheel bearings and two tires but “ they replaced two tires”. Which brings me to the issue today I contacted them letting them know that the car was over heating and that it needs a new radiator and it look like the car had been in a

I was greeted with friendly and patient service. I was encouraged to test drive several options. Jakes Auto had very quick response time for my vehicle in-house loan inquiry through email. My loan process was smooth and quick. The sales associates walked me through the paper work and ensured I understood the break down of everything. Thank you Jakes Auto for wonderful service.

⭐ 1 star Absolutely unbelievable experience. I was told—flat out—that this dealership does not accept delivery or driving income for approval, regardless of how well documented or verifiable it is. After submitting information and being transparent from the start, I was hit with shifting requirements and a blanket refusal that should have been disclosed immediately. Instead of clarity, I got copy-and-paste responses and zero effort to actually review my situation. If your policy is to automatically dismiss entire categories of lawful income, say that up front and don’t waste people’s time. The lack of professionalism, transparency, and basic respect here is staggering. Buying a car is stressful enough without dealerships adding unnecessary frustration through poor communication and rig
