Jambo Express Car wash

Sat in line for 15 minutes until I got fed up. There were 3 cars in front of me, 2 behind me. Guy takes forever to spray off the 1st car in the line. So 6 cars waiting in line. One getting washed before it goes in the wash bay. He was spraying the tires, the glass, the bed, then was actually spraying the concrete. I was on my lunch break. The other 5 of us just sitting with our engines off waiting. Got out and asked the guy in front of me to try and get his truck closer to the side and I moved the cones to drive off. Guy with sprayer looks up and says , you putting those back? I wont divulge what I said. Didn't want my money back. Just wanted to get out. Went down the rd and paid for another carwash in and out in 15 minutes and thats with vacuuming. Will not go back. Same guy a few w

I’ve been coming here for five years. Everyone here is very professional and kind. Mr. Simmie is golden… He make sure that every person is safe. I have zero complaints… And thank God for Mr. Simmie, because he makes real sure that everybody stays safe

If you come to this car, wash make sure you have plenty of time.Have one old man spraying the car off before driving through actual car wash and he gets in no kind of hurry.

Been using this wash for my ram dully one of the tire cleaners messed up and cut my outside left tire I spoke to the gentleman there and was told the owner would be contacting me it’s been almost two weeks and not a call yet .so my only thought would be is as long as you pay to wash there they are happy but they don’t want to take the responsibility if there’s a equipment problem. And yes I had to replace the tire $3.00 short of $300

We used both the car and dog wash. The carwash was really good, the attendants were helpful and really sprayed down the car well. I only purchased the silver wash and it came out great for a vehicle that just took a 9hr trip with bugs. The dog wash was pretty decent as well. The room needs ventilation but otherwise the tub worked great.
