I truly do not know what I would do without anyone at James. My family has been going to them for years and never any complaints. After getting hit by someone making an unprotected turn, insurance tried to total out my show car with no frame damage. JAC was having none of this! They helped my family and I fight insurance and won, and I got my car back fully repaired on a clean title, ready just in time for me to prep for this car show season. They recognize the care people have for their vehicles and I truly don’t know what I would have done if I had lost this car. 🩷 You have a lifelong customer in me!

My truck was hit and run in a parking lot while I was inside shopping. The damage was pretty bad, which can be seen in the photos. I am in complete awe of the quality of the work that was done on my truck. Colby was great to work with and Chris’ work on my truck is absolutely jaw dropping. In addition to a very reasonable price (half the price I was quoted at from another body shop), it was finished two days earlier than expected. I couldn’t be happier with my experience at James Auto Company. Would absolutely recommend to any friends or family of mine.

Had the BEST experience with James Auto. From start to finish all of their team was so kind, considerate, and efficient. They explained everything and were great at communicating throughout the process. I will only be bringing my car to James Auto from now on.

This is the BEST BODY SHOP in Rhode Island. I couldn’t recommend this place enough. The employees and owners here treat you like actual human beings. The prices are very fair, and the work is exceptional.
