He took the time to explain my options, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood exactly what was being done with my vehicle. What really stood out was how honest and knowledgeable Ed was. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping customers and making sure they leave satisfied. The service was quick, efficient, and stress-free thanks to him. It’s not always easy to find great customer service these days, but Ed truly went above and beyond. Best town fair tire! I brought it in at 5:50 and they were there and ready to help. Tire ordered the same day and balanced and ready to go in less than 24h! Edward made sure we got the best price and is very nice and calm to talk to.

I worked with Ed and had a really great experience. I booked an appointment over the phone and they had everything ready for me to drop off my keys. I expected to wait for longer but they were able to resolve my issue really quickly. I had a slow leak in a tire, which turned out to be from the valve and they replaced my air valve at no cost. Ed also quoted me on new tires at a very fair price and I will definitely be going back to get my new tires at this location.
