Bought a Subaru 2014 Forester back in Oct or so with my sister. First car since our mom has passed so it meant a lot to me that Jim was a very nice guy who cared about family. The car seemed really great but problems come up like they do. First it was the key locks, then a fluid leak. But whenever that popped up we took it back to Jim. After a couple weeks we got the car back it seemed great. We took the car out maybe 3 times the transmission blew.. That felt like they end of the road there. All of our savings from our mom had gone into this car and we had yet another issue and we hadn't even driven it for 2 months. The mechanics were extremely helpful, provided a fair price, and scheduled everything promptly. They took the time to thoroughly diagnose what was going on with my car and even offered alternative options if additional maintenance was needed. The work was completed efficiently, and while some services can be costly, the quality and level of care made it worthwhile. They were great to work with, and I highly recommend them.
