I’ve trusted Jamestown Automotive with my Jeep for years, and they continue to impress me. Last week they tracked down a strange sound that no one else could figure out and repaired it quickly and at a very reasonable price. I’m especially grateful that they offer a loaner vehicle, which makes the whole process so much easier and stress free. It’s such a gift to have a local shop you can truly trust to keep your vehicle running smoothly. I highly recommend them!

I love using Jamestown Automotive for all my car issues, repairs, and maintenance. They have always treated me fairly, done an excellent job diagnosing what the problem is, and fixing it at a reasonable price. There was one time I tried somewhere else, but they didn't find the issue and so it kept happening, where as Jamestown was able to find and fix the problem! They are also excellent at communicating during the whole process, highly recommend!

While driving, I noticed a warning light indicating a rapidly low tire air pressure. I stopped by Automotive without an appointment as I was passing by. The staff was very friendly, and within 20 minutes, they removed the nail and filled all my tires with air. I'm very grateful for their prompt service and friendly demeanor.

This place is amazing! It is awesome how they do a full complete inspection text you a report along with quotes and photos! They give you total control to dictate what you want repaired and what you want to wait on! They are super fast honest transparent and I will continue to get service done there! Have referred many friends and family as well! Staff is also amazing and super helpful and honest. Just had to bring my car in for struts and some other things and got great pricing and they got it done within one day! This is why me and my family keep coming back to this amazing local mechanic the entire staff is like family
