Northuis Auto Repair

Decided to give Northuis a try—I hadn’t heard of them before, but the online reviews were solid, and they lived up to them. I had a great experience with their team. The service advisors and technicians were knowledgeable and professional. Best of all, they fixed it right the first time. That was refreshing, since with most other shops I’ve had to bring my car back for a second visit to correct the original repair.

Love these mechanics! They go the extra mile and are transparent on pricing. They clearly let you know what is an urgent need, something to watch, or upcoming maintenance which really helps when budgeting repairs. We've used them to inspect multiple used cars before purchasing them and it helped us make the right decision on vehicles for our family. They've got a new building (on 40th), loaner vehicles, great customer service. They're an honorable shop. Check 'em out!!!

Took a chance on this place in hopes they wouldn’t nickel and dime me. Returned their loaner car with less than 15miles driven on it and was told if I didn’t go out and fill it up they would charge me 50 dollars. Hope that $2.50 back in their car was worth losing a returning customer. Great first time experience…… Nice people though!

Fantastic communication and quick turnaround to get my car back! They do an extensive review of the over condition of the car and provide you with preemptive repairs so you can plan for the future which is super helpful! Great pricing as well and great people to do business with! Highly recommend this team to anyone.

They were very friendly with the whole process. The inspection of my car before hand was pretty extensive. I had a clutched replaced in my car and had i back within the work week. Would definitely take my vehicles back there again in the future
