Just bought a used 2020 Subaru Outback from this Wicked Auto, and the experience was outstanding. Kenny made the entire buying process one of the best I’ve ever had. I purchased a vehicle from Kenny for my daughter. He had exactly the SUV I was looking for. The vehicle was clean and well maintained. The purchase process was fast and easy. After a couple days the vehicle had an issue with a dead battery. I contacted Kenny with my concerns, and he promptly said he would take care of it. He was in no way obligated to fix the vehicle. It was an "AS IS, NO Warranty" sale. He went above and beyond of what a typical used car dealer would do. The vehicle was repaired in a few days and now works perfectly. No Charge! I would recommend Wicked auto to anyone. Shop with confidence.
Writing a 5 star review for Wicked Auto even though I didn't end up purchasing a vehicle from them because that's just how great my experience was! Kenny went above and beyond in his search to find the vehicle I truly wanted and even offered extremely helpful guidance when I found my dream vehicle at another dealer. The ONLY reason I did not purchase a vehicle here is because I was looking for something very specific and needed it ASAP. Will be recommending Wicked Auto to everyone.
This was the easiest and most pleasant used car buying experience we've ever had! Kenny had a small but very nice selection of vehicles available that all seemed to be in great shape, and we feel like we got a great bargain on our 2019 Subaru. It's nice to be able to support a small business in these days of big box corporations everywhere!!!
