After our son’s car was in an accident we took it to Jamison Collision for the repairs and we couldn’t be more impressed with the results. From start to finish Bob and his team was professional, transparent and courteous! They kept us updated through the whole process and dealt with the other drivers insurance company to make sure our claim was processed fairly. I highly recommend Jamison Collision to anyone in need of quality auto body repairs. They really went above and beyond to make a stressful situation so much easier to deal with. Excellent paint repair job. Excellent color matching. My door was keyed in a giant arrow shape down to bare metal. Bob & his team made a perfect repair and it is completely undetectable now. He also worked with the insurance company quickly so that the claim was processed within 2 days. I had my check in the mail before the paint was dry.

While it's fresh on my mind I want to give a five star review here for perhaps a throwback to what service truely means. Most of the time, jarring and even life threatening accidents are the intro to walking into any autobody shop. Feelings are fresh and at least in my case I was pretty down, trying to make sense of the accident and all that comes up in the walk out. I knew of Jamison from having delivered food there. Anyway this wonderful lady greeted me at the door. Didn't sir me to death. She just was so pleasant and got me started. Then this older gentleman came in and he quietly peered at me through his dusty glasses. Said little. But seemed to just have this professional air of "can I help you" built into his affect. Outstanding experience using them for a tow. They hauled away my totaled car and helped me retrieve things from it afterwards (I was injured). Bob, the owner, was very helpful in walking me thru the entire process of what to expect with insurance and assisting along the way. Also my insurance company ended up overpaying them by $1,600 and deducting it from my settlement, they got me a check for all the missing money and gave it to me personally. Highly appreciate everything they did, would definitely recommend to anyone!

Some kid hit my car in a parking lot and destroyed my front passenger wheel, my passenger door, and the fender and bumper surrounding it. So I figured I would bring it Jamison considering it’s walking distance to where I work. The owner Bob and his team were able to fix the extensive damage for a reasonable price and have my car looking better than it did before the accident. He even went out of his way to fix several dents I had all over the car using paintless dent removal. Bob is incredibly friendly and honest, and will do whatever he can to make sure his customers are satisfied. Since this accident I have gone to him several times, he is an auto-body specialist.
