I can’t say enough good things about Japanese Auto Center! Kenny and Mathew went above and beyond while servicing my Mercedes, saving me countless headaches and a ton of money compared to what the dealership quoted. They explained everything clearly, worked quickly, and treated me with genuine care and professionalism. It’s rare to find an auto shop you can truly trust, but these guys exceeded every expectation. My car runs like new, and I left feeling confident I had made the right choice. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, expert service. Five stars all the way!

I came in to get a quote on a radiator replacement for my 2009 Camry. The guy at the front — short, heavy-set, glasses — told me it would be $795, take 3.5 hours, and they’d have to remove the bumper. That didn’t sit right with me. Seemed like way too much for a job like that, so I did a little digging. A friend recommended a shop her family has been going to for years — Pasadena Arco Auto Service Center. I called them, and right over the phone they estimated $350–$400, and in the end I paid $427 flat. If I had gone through with the job at Japanese Auto, I would’ve been completely ripped off. Whether it was incompetence or just plain dishonesty, this place tried to take advantage of me — no question. I’ll never bring a car here again, and I highly recommend getting a second opinion befo

I so glad I found this place. They do excellent work at a fair price and the service has been done in a fast time frame. They will take you home and pick you up when your car is ready. Kenny is honest and has not tried to upsell additional work. This is the only place I will bring my car

Reading reviews of many local car repair shops, it seemed everyone scams more or less. This one seemed to have better reviews so i decided to try it... Unfortunately they are just as bad. They will get you in the door with a low price, then makes sure something else is wrong w your car so u have to come back. Like your AC. Then, they will blame you or the car for the problem and charge you more to fix it. They will say, i dont have that part...that's a special order and charge you for overnight delivery. Make you come back... for a part that might not even be needed! Thats how they make more money off you. In the end you waste your time and money. I bet they have been doing these scams on hundreds of customers. Be careful. And i know why they get so many good reviews. He gives y
