Jax Kar Wash - Macomb (23 Mile Rd.)

No sign stuff was broken I guess so they’re closed for the day would have been nice to know before pulling into the parking lot to just turn out. Update went back on 3/1 dryer didn’t work right so it was up to the towel person to wipe down the car and they did one of the laziest jobs I’ve seen in awhile, you didn’t change your rags after 4 cars so they’re soaking wet just pushing the water around. Then proceeds to do barely any of the windows and none of the body of the car. I had to do it myself, very crummy job would not recommend this location. This is a new location so I am disappointed to see this happen

17 dollars and my jeep looks like crap. What a waste of money. 1 kid to dry after they make you pre tip. The whole vehicle is dirty. What a scam.

The facility was very nice getting in and out was a little bit interesting. I have been unlimited member for a number of years consistently going to Hall Road and Groesbeck. there The towel my car off after every wash. Here,Don’t know why, but for whatever reason your Towelguys walked straight into the building as my car came out out of the wash. I do realize it’s a new location. The manager seemed very involved training the employees, And seemed to be doing a very good job.

Jax is the best! Very friendly attendant as well. Get the monthly subscription, best investment ever if you like to keep your vehicle clean. Free vacuums.

Staff was super nice. Car wash is by farnone of the cleanest and most organized. Keep up the great work. Suggestion; can you guys make a touchless wash along with some manuals. Most of us have sport cars that we love to baby them. Thank you!
