Took a VERY long time for them to change my brake pads. I recommend ordering your own stuff and bringing it if you do go with them. They go out and buy the stuff you need after you explain what you need. Even after they finished I had to wait an extra 30-40 minutes because they parked another car behind mine. The work got done I’d just plan ahead because they will take a very long time. I likely will not be going with them again unfortunately

Jay and his family staff does excellent work with reasonable prices. They guarantee to fix your car the same day you bring it in if you bring the car in the morning. I had a very disappointing experience at this shop. I went in yesterday for what should have been a simple job replacing a worn spindle nut and checking a rattle in the back. I explained exactly what I needed and i was ready to pay the minimum hourly rate for this simple job, the owner told me to come back early the next morning. I rearranged my schedule, left work early, and showed up as requested, but when he saw me, he completely ignored me didn’t offer service, didn’t say he was busy, nothing. It became clear to me that the previous day, when he realized I knew about cars, parts, and fair rates, I was no longer the type of customer he wanted to deal with.
