My son purchased a car from this dealership on 12/04/2025. He was told the car was old but running well. Unfortunately, on his way home the car broke down. Because he was close to home, he had it towed there. He then prepared for work and went in. The next day, he contacted the owner to report that the mileage had jumped overnight from 99,999 miles to 128,000 miles and that the car had broken down on the way home. During this call, the manager became very aggressive, yelling at my 19-year-old son and telling him to bring the car back for a refund. False advertisement. I went to see 3 cars advertised in inventory and every vehicle was beautiful on the outside. Once car door opened I didn’t want to even start the vehicle. These cars maybe nice looking on the outside but there unsanitary looking on the inside. I wouldn’t even want to do business with the guy due to his greed. Stressing money like it’s the end of the world will block your own company blessings.

Instead of handling the issue himself, he gave me the number to his personal locksmith and told me to set everything up on my own. The locksmith was actually helpful and walked me through the steps to get the code for the car, but even he recommended I go to a facility because of the recent storm. So after doing all the legwork myself, I finally got to a place that could fix the key and fob — only to be told it would cost $90. The locksmith then informed me the owner would only cover $20–$30, and only for the door key, not the fob that I was promised worked when I bought the car. I made it clear that I expect to
